Psymily was one of my favorite endeavors ever. It’s hard to explain but based on strange abstract, non-verbal check-in quizzes Psymily calculated several axis of emotional, energy and attitude data, and then used the coordinates of your attitude to generate unique imagery to represent how you were feeling at the time of the quiz. A very fancy mood ring, to oversimplify. This is pre-AI!
Thousands of graphic media elements were carefully cataloged for emotional and metaphorical data that they may hold. Our algorithm grabbed all those axes of data and generated a composite image representing those values.
Here’s some background view of both the training process and some of the sales material and final outputs.

This was 2015… no AI. Just careful meta tagging and plotting ENERGY v ATTITUDE values on every media element.

First some photo-renders:

Then get a peek behind the many databases that controlled and compiled the composite graphics.
